PDF File Preparation

Adding Job Options Settings to Acrobat Distiller. The basic instructions are the same whether you are using Mac or Windows:

  1. Download the UN.joboptions file from this page to your desktop.
  2. Double click on the "UN.joboptions" icon, it will open Distiller (required, of course).
  3. Click OK. Now you should see UN as one of your choices.
  4. Choose this option when making PDFs that will be sent to UN.
  5. After installing the options, you may delete the icon from your desktop.

Download a PDF of UN's Distiller settings to set them up manually.
